Rates & Insurance
Rates
During your first session, we will sit together for an hour to begin your journey. The rate for this session is $185. During this session we will discuss the length of your future sessions. If we schedule an hour long session, the rate is $175. If we schedule a 45 minute session, the rate is $150. If we can bill your insurance, then your insurance may dictate the length of the session based on your plan limitations.
Insurance
I accept the following plans as an in-network provider for therapy:
- Aetna
- Cigna
- United Health Care
- Regular Medicare.
- Wellcare
If I am not in network with your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, you may have out of network benefits that you can use for counseling. I can provide you with an invoice (a “superbill”) that you can submit to your plan if needed. If I am not in-network with your plan, then you will need to contact your insurance provider to learn of your plan's benefits for therapy.benefits for therapy.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
